About Me

My name is Kiara Elmore, and I am a second semester sophomore. I am originally from Garland, TX but I currently reside in Cedar Hill, TX when I'm not staying on campus. I will be the third family member to graduate from Texas A&M-Commerce after my mother, my aunt, and my sister (whom is still currently attending). I have four brothers and one sister, and I love and miss all of them very much. My major is English seeking teacher certification, and I plan to teach senior high school students. Many people believe this will be a challenge for me because of my size and age, but I believe I am ready to accept the challenge. My goal is to do more than just teach my students. I want to make a difference in their lives as well.
